Bella creates from instinct. Her paintings are portals into spaces she has been to or places she has yet to discover. Her style is abstract, surreal, and spontaneous. She doesn't plan them; they just arrive. Like her writing and poetry, her work is channelled, raw, and freeing.

She has facilitated workshops using creativity to help people free their minds, reconnect with their bodies and souls, and explore personal journeys and authenticity.

She is also an actor. Her most recent project was the 48-hour sci-fi film 'Alien At My Door'. Whether it’s paint, words, or presence, her work is about what happens when you let go of control, staying present, listening and allowing yourself to receive.
